  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  1. In a round shape with a hole in the middle, put the sugar and take it to the low fire until caramelized.
  2. In the blender, beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk.
  3. Flip the mold with the caramel already melted.
  4. If you want the smooth pudding, sift it before putting it in the mold.
  5. Bake in a bain-marie at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  6. Stick a wet fork, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
  7. Wait for it to cool and unmold
