  • Condensed Milk2 can(s)
  • Sour Cream1 can(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder 50%4 tablespoon
  • Refined Sugar500 g
  1. Make a brigadeiro with condensed milk, cream, chocolate powder and margarine. Keep stirring until it releases from the bottom of the pan, finally turn off the heat and add the coarsely broken biscuit, pour it into the rectangular shape greased with margarine and parchment paper, as it releases easier. Distribute it evenly over the top and take it to the fridge for around 30 minutes. After that, unmold and cut into squares and roll in sugar.
