- Sugar1.1/12 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk250 ml
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Peel the corn cobs, remove all the hair from the corn and cut the corn off the cobs.
- In a blender add the eggs, oil and 100 ml of milk.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Add half of the corn and beat for 2 minutes, not to force the blender too much, then add the rest and beat until all the corn is crushed.
- Add the sugar and salt and beat a little more to mix everything together.
- In a bowl, place the cornmeal, add some of the corn mass that we just beat and stir to dissolve the cornmeal.
- Put all the dough in this bowl and mix well with the cornmeal.
- Add the baking powder and mix well.
- Place in a greased shape with margarine and cornmeal.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test, if the toothpick comes out clean it is already baked.
