- Sugar or condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Oil for frying1 unit(s)
- Sugar and cinnamon for "finish"1 unit(s)
- Cut the bread into slices (about 1 inch thick)
- Soak both sides of the slice of bread in milk (this milk must have sugar or condensed milk - to taste)
- Pass this wet slice of bread in the egg (this egg must be beaten, with the same fork)
- Fry
- Let it drain on a paper towel
- Finish with cinnamon sugar and SERVE!
