  • Hard French Bread1 unit(s)
  • Milk1 l
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar or condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying1 unit(s)
  • Sugar and cinnamon for "finish"1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the bread into slices (about 1 inch thick)
  2. Soak both sides of the slice of bread in milk (this milk must have sugar or condensed milk - to taste)
  3. Pass this wet slice of bread in the egg (this egg must be beaten, with the same fork)
  4. Fry
  5. Let it drain on a paper towel
  6. Finish with cinnamon sugar and SERVE!
