- Ripe tomatoes2 cup
- Half Ripe Tomatoes2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Clove to taste
- Peel the tomatoes in boiling water. Cut into strips and extract the seeds. 1/4 of these should be beaten in the blender.
- In a pan add the tomatoes and sugar, stirring occasionally and not letting it burn. Add the clove.
