  • Chocolate Oatmeal80 g
  • Almond flour20 g
  • Quark60 g
  • Olive oil10 ml
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Liquid sweetener (or other. 16 drops) to taste
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • Cooking chocolate60 g
  • Almonds25 g
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Water to taste
  1. Beat the eggs with the quark, the oil, the liquid sweetener and the vanilla essence.
  2. Add the flours in a bowl and mix. I gradually sieved the flour and yeast mixture into the eggs, beating after each addition.
  3. I put the mixture in a donut mold and put it in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 12/25 minutes (until golden and cooked).
  4. Put the almonds in a frying pan. I added 1c. honey and let it caramelize, stirring constantly until bubbly.
  5. Remove to a plate, let cool and grind in a food processor. Add the crushed almonds to the melted chocolate, stir well.
  6. I dipped each donut into the chocolate mixture.
  7. I served and tried not to eat them all at once 🤤
