  • Mascarpone cheese500 g
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar100 g
  • Packet of champagne biscuits1 unit(s)
  • Rum2 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder for dusting1 unit(s)
  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream.
  3. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well.
  4. Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into the cheese mixture.
  5. Mix the coffee with the rum in a bowl.
  6. In a container, place a layer of cookies soaked in coffee.
  7. Cover with a generous layer of cream cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers until finishing with the cream cheese.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
