- Sugar (measured from a can of corn)1 can(s)
- Soybean oil (corn can measure)1/2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Shredded coconut (corn can measure)1/2 can(s)
- Margarine for greasing to taste
- Wheat flour can grease1 to taste
- Corn Flakes1 can(s)
- In a blender, beat the corn, milk, flakes, sugar, oil, eggs and grated coconut.
- Then add the baking powder and use the pulse 4 times
- In the greased shape, pour the mixture and take it to the oven at 180°c for 40 minutes.
- Or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
