- Corn starch | 15 tablespoon
- Crystal sugar | 10 tablespoon
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites for 10 minutes, until they create a white foam.
- Put the sugar, and beat a little more, add the starch and the rest of the yolks and beat for about 5 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
