Corte a banana em cubinhos e então misture todos ingredientes acrescentando por último o vinagre e o fermento em pó! (Seu bolinho não vai ficar com gosto de vinagre, o vinagre deixa a massa leve e airada e não deixa o bolinho ficar encharcado de óleo😉)
Observe a massa, cada farinha absorve uma quantidade diferente de líquido então pode ser que vc precise acrescentar farinha caso sua massa fique muito mole, você tem que conseguir passar a massa de uma colher para outra sem que ela fique caindo da colher, esse é o segredo para conseguir fazer bolinhos redondinhos ok?!

Aqueça o óleo e depois baixe o fogo para que seus bolinhos não fiquem crus por dentro! Faça bolinhas com o auxílio e duas colheres e vá colocando delicadamente no óleo, deixe a massa desgrudar da colher sozinha para não fica pontinhas no bolinho, essa parte é prática rsrs
