  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Milk | 160 ml
  • Vanilla | 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar | 1 dessert spoon
  • Salt | 1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar | 1/2 cup
  • Sugar and Cinnamon | 1 to taste
  • Baking powder | 1 dessert spoon
  • Dwarf Banana | 1 unit(s)


  1. Cut the banana into cubes and then mix all the ingredients adding the vinegar and baking powder last! (Your cupcake won't taste like vinegar, the vinegar makes the dough light and airy and doesn't let the cupcake get soaked in oil😉) Watch the dough, each flour absorbs a different amount of liquid so you may need to add flour if your dough is too soft, you have to be able to pass the dough from one spoon to another without it falling off the spoon, this is the secret to being able to make round cookies ok?!
  2. Heat the oil and then lower the heat so your dumplings don't get raw inside! Make balls with the help of two spoons and gently place them in the oil, let the dough come off the spoon alone so it doesn't stick to the cupcake, this part is practical lol
  3. Pass the cookies in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and your perfect cookie is ready!!
