- Lemon zest1 to taste
- Preparation mode In a blender add the cornstarch cookies and grind and add the butter and with the help of your hands, knead until you can shape the cornstarch dough. Grease a pan with parchment paper, or if you prefer, grease it with plenty of butter, so it doesn't stick to the pan. Model the dough in the greased shape, leaving the bottom for the lemon mousse, with the preheated oven, let it bake for 10 minutes and let it cool and book.
- In a bowl, add the condensed milk and lemon juice and mix well, then pour the filling over the dough and add the lemon zest on top. Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours and then just taste.
