- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Demerara Sugar1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder 100%1/3 cup
- Dark Chocolate170 g
- Peanut50 g
- Start by beating the egg and sugar with a fouet.
- Add the melted chocolate and stir
- Add flour and cocoa and stir slowly.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add peanuts on top (optional)
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 min.
- Cut into squares and enjoy this healthier version of brownie ♥️
