  1. Make the stuffing first to let it cool while you make the dough. It's very simple, just cut the bananas into slices, 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. With the help of a spoon, stir well and leave it in the fridge until the dough is finished.
  2. Dough: In a bowl mix the sugar, wheat and yeast. With the help of your hands make a "hole" in the middle of the mixture just to put the other ingredients. There in the middle you put the eggs, margarine and vanilla (vanilla is to taste but I add +- 1 tablespoon) All the ingredients in there, just mix with your hands until it becomes a very smooth and soft dough. Attention, it's not rotten dough, it doesn't get brittle. If you find it too soft, you can add 1 more tablespoon of wheat, but don't overdo it, otherwise it will taste like flour.
  3. Ready dough and filling You separate a little bit of the dough to make the top strips. And the rest covers the bottom and sides in a removable bottom shape. After stretching, pierce the dough with a fork and cover it with the stuffing. It's very simple, you can pour all the stuffing, as it was in the fridge and with the lemon it was kind of "gooey" that's how it will be when baking.
  4. Finally, remember the dough you left separate for the strips? Put it on top of the filling and make your pie very pretty. Brush egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden. Wait for it to cool, take it to the fridge for about 2 hours and then just serve. The family will love it.
  5. GOLD TIP: I usually make it on Saturday night and serve it for dessert on Sunday, everyone loves it🥰
