Separe os ingredientes secos dos molhados. 
Em uma tigela coloque o trigo, os açúcares o fermento e o chocolate mecha levemente apenas para misturar. 
 Faça um "buraco" no meio e coloque os ovos a margarina e a baunilha.
De uma leve mexida com a colher e depois vá trabalhando a massa com a mão até ficar com uma consciência macia, não esmague para o chocolate não esfarelar, vá misturando até ficar uniforme, não tem problema se grudar um pouco nas mãos. 
Depois em uma forma untada com margarina trigo, faça bolinhas se necessário use uma colher para auxiliar, faça bolinhas não muito altas e não muito finas pois elas esparramam. Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a uns 200 graus, até corar no fundo. 
Uma dica, enquanto quentes os cookies ficam moles, então se o fundo estiver dourado pode retirar do forno. Não espere até estarem duros senão viram uma pedra sem condições de consumo, quando esfriam
Outra coisa, não pode ser outro tipo de açúcar no lugar do mascavo ok, ele é que dá essa cor bacana e equilibra a receita. 
Rende bastante, tudo depende do tamanho que fizer.
Espere esfriar e bom apetite.

A tip, while hot the cookies are soft, so if the bottom is golden you can remove it from the oven. Don't wait until they're hard or they'll turn into an unusable stone when they cool down.
Another thing, it can't be another type of sugar instead of brown sugar, ok, it gives that nice color and balances the recipe.
