  • Granulated Tapioca250 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Milk1 l
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Fresh Coconut300 g
  1. Mix the tapioca, sugar, coconut milk, milk and half of the grated coconut in a bowl and let it rest for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a platter add this mixture and take it to the fridge until it is cold for about 4 hours, after ready water with condensed milk and sprinkle with the other half of the grated coconut.
