- Granulated Tapioca250 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Milk1 l
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Fresh Coconut300 g
- Mix the tapioca, sugar, coconut milk, milk and half of the grated coconut in a bowl and let it rest for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- In a platter add this mixture and take it to the fridge until it is cold for about 4 hours, after ready water with condensed milk and sprinkle with the other half of the grated coconut.
