  • Granulated Tapioca2 cup
  • Coconut Milk250 ml
  • Milk3 cup
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Water50 ml
  1. Place the sugar in the pudding mold and heat until caramelized.
  2. Add water and set aside
  3. Put the tapioca to hydrate in coconut milk
  4. Beat the milk, condensed milk and eggs in a blender.
  5. Add the hydrated tapioca and beat some more.
  6. Place the dough in the pudding mold and cover with aluminum foil until golden.
  7. Place in the fridge and when cool, unmold and serve.
