- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- grated coconut1 to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Hot milk750 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- In a container add the tapioca, sugar and hot milk, mix and let it rest for 10 min.
- Then add the coconut milk, condensed milk and the grated coconut mix well.
- Note: leave a little condensed milk and grated coconut to decorate
- Grease a mold with margarine or oil
- Add the mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for two hours until firm.
- Unmold and decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut.
