- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Granulated tapioca flour500 g
- Fresh Coconut1 unit(s)
- Sugar100 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- In a blender, puree the coconut and reserve 1lt very thick.
- Mix the tapioca with the sugar and salt, place in the model form (pool) add the coconut milk until the form is complete.
- Wait for the tapioca to dehydrate and sprinkle with coconut milk if you find it too hard, unmold it and pour 1 box of condensed milk into the hole in the pool.
- Optional add pieces of coconut or grated coconut along with the dough.
