- In a pan mix and heat the first 4 ingredients, from warm to hot.
- Add the granulated tapioca. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Place on a platter or shape greased with margarine.
- Once it cools down completely, put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
- When serving, add condensed milk and grated coconut as in the video.
