- In a mixer, beat the butter with the salt and sugar for 3 minutes. Add the eggs one by one and beat until creamy. Add the wheat flour and coconut milk alternately continue beating. Turn off the mixer and mix the tapioca and grated coconut
- With the preheated oven, place the dough on a roast with the hole in the middle greased and sprinkled, for 50 minutes, or when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool, unmold and serve.
