Numa batedeira bata a manteiga com o sal e o açúcar por 3 minutos. Acrescente os ovos um a um e bata até formar um creme. Acrescente a farinha de trigo e o leite de coco alternadamente continue batendo. Desligue a batedeira e misture a tapioca e o coco ralado

Com o forno  pré-aquecido coloque a massa em uma assadeira com o buraco no meio untada e polvilhada, por 50 minutos, ou quando enfiar um palito e o mesmo sair limpo. Deixe esfriar, desenforme e sirva.
