- Hot milk2 l
- Sugar100 g
- Condensed milk1 l
- grated coconut to taste
- Put the milk to boil
- In a bowl, place the tapioca, the grated coconut, the sugar and the condensed milk (leave some of the grated coconut reserved) mix everything
- With the milk very hot, put it together with the other ingredients and put it in a shape with a hole in the middle.
- Put in the fridge for 2 hours
- After that, take it out of the mold and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
