  • Sugar1 cup
  • Milk1 l
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Shredded Coconut200 g
  • Coconut Milk500 ml
  • Granulated Tapioca300 g
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  1. In a container, place the “grained” tapioca, the grated coconut (reserve a little to grease the dish).
  2. Add the coconut milk, condensed milk, and mix everything very well to incorporate. Reserve.
  3. In a pan put the milk, sugar and butter. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the boiling milk into the reserved tapioca mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Let it rest for 20 minutes for the tapioca to fully hydrate. Pour into a greased and sprinkled shape with the reserved grated coconut.
  6. Spread well to be uniform and take to freeze for 5 hours. After that time, remove from the fridge and unfold on a platter.
  7. Sprinkle grated coconut and cinnamon powder and decorate with cinnamon sticks.
  8. Serve this delicious tapioca cake well chilled!
