- Tangerine peels10 to taste
- Wash the tangerine peels and soak in drinking water for 3 days. Change the water 2 or 3 times a day to get rid of the bitter taste
- On the third day, let the peels boil for a few minutes. The part make a syrup with the sugar and 2 cups of water. Add the shells and let it boil until it boils. On average about 20 minutes. (if you want, add cloves and cinnamon).
- Let the candy cool. Place in a glass container preferably. Take the fridge. If you prefer, you can hit the blender and return to the fire to thicken a little more.
