  • Tangerine peels10 to taste
  1. Wash the tangerine peels and soak in drinking water for 3 days. Change the water 2 or 3 times a day to get rid of the bitter taste
  2. On the third day, let the peels boil for a few minutes. The part make a syrup with the sugar and 2 cups of water. Add the shells and let it boil until it boils. On average about 20 minutes. (if you want, add cloves and cinnamon).
  3. Let the candy cool. Place in a glass container preferably. Take the fridge. If you prefer, you can hit the blender and return to the fire to thicken a little more.
