  • Cheedar cheese100 g
  • Skimmed milk150 ml
  • Corn starch1 dessert spoon
  • Mint to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Make the cream cheese first, it needs to be served chilled.
  2. Add the cream cheese and the two curds in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Make a porridge with the skimmed milk and cornstarch. The idea here is to reduce the flavor of the cheese and correct the salt. Now just put it on a super cool.
  4. Cut the bananas in half and place in a non-stick frying pan, then just grill.
  5. Mix the honey with the lemon until it becomes that sweet with the perfect sourness.
  6. Time to apply:
  7. Cream, bananas, cheese cut into strips, or make a cheese crispy (I'll show you the process another day) but both steps are super good. Now with the help of a blowtorch, make the gratin in the cheese, put the mixture of honey with lemon, mint and a shower of cinnamon.
  8. Honey with lemon is optional! The dessert is sweet because of the overripe bananas, I recommend using the lemon for a much needed light acidity! The cheese options are also to taste! I chose ultra-processed cheeses with milder aromas. The idea is also to serve with the bananas still warm. It's an explosion of flavor! Bon appetit!
