- cups of grated dry coconut2 cup
- Straight into the blender cup, place the 5 whole eggs. Add 2 cans of condensed milk, 1 glass of 200 ml of coconut milk and the same measure of milk, 200 ml. Add 2 cups of grated dry coconut. Hit the blender for 1 minute, just to liquefy the coconut a little. Pour the mixture, which is very liquid, in a 30cm shape, greased with butter and grated coconut. In a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Place in the fridge for 3 hours and serve cold. Decorate with icing sugar or a homemade jam of your choice. Enjoy your food!
