- Coconut milk1 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Dry coconut2 cup
- Straight into the blender cup, place the 5 whole eggs.
- Add 2 cans of condensed milk, 1 glass of 200 ml of coconut milk and the same measure of milk, 200 ml.
- Add 2 cups of grated dry coconut.
- Blend in blender for 1 minute
- Pour the mixture, which is very liquid, in a 30cm shape, greased with butter and grated coconut.
- In a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours and serve cold.
- Decorate with icing sugar or a homemade jam of your choice.
