- First, boil the milk with the cinnamon and cloves. Boiled, book. In the pressure cooker, cook the rice according to package instructions. Do not let the water dry. Seeing that the rice is almost reaching the top of the water, add the milk that has already been boiled (passing through the sieve, to remove all the spices). Mix and add the can of condensed milk. Stir well and let it boil. When it starts to boil, cover the pressure cooker. As soon as pressure comes out, lower the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Once the time is up, turn off the heat and release the pressure, so you can open the pan. Finally, add the 2 cups of sugar. Stir well and then turn in the bowl you want. Let cool and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then just go to the fridge. And consume it cold. It's delicious!
