- I started by putting the rice in the pan, the cinnamon stick and the water. Bring to a boil until the water dries up.
- Once the water is dry. I put the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and mixed well.
- I let it boil for about 15 minutes. Stirring constantly so as not to burn the bottom of the pan.
- Then I finally tried it and put more sugar on the fire for another 3 minutes and turned it off.
- I waited for it to cool down a bit and serve with cinnamon powder.
