- Aguhinha or parboiled rice1 cup
- Boiling water3 cup
- Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
- Orange zest to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Milk powder3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- In a pan put the rice, water, cinnamon stick and orange zest.
- Mix well and cover. let it be fine cooked.
- Once cooked, add the milk and mix well.
- Add condensed milk, cream, and powdered milk. Mix well.
- Over low heat, stir until smooth.
- Taste to get the amount of candy right.
- When serving, finish with cinnamon powder.
