Water1/2 cup
Milk5 cup
Vanilla2 teaspoon
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Sugar to taste
Cinnamon powder to taste
Cinnamon stick2 to taste

I put the rice to cook with the cinnamon stick and the sugar until it is soft and the water does not dry up completely.
Then I add the MILK, condensed milk, cream, always stirring well, let it boil a little longer
Then I add the grated coconut to the vanilla, when it incorporates, turn off the heat and serve with cinnamon powder. It's a delight.
