Coloque o arroz numa panela cozinhar junto com a água por uns 15 minutos.

Put the rice in a pot and cook with the water for about 15 minutes.

Acrescente o leite e o leite condensado, deixar cozinhar até evaporar um pouco o leite e ficar cremoso, está pronto só se servir, se quiser pode colocar um poço de canela por cima.

Add the milk and condensed milk, let it cook until the milk evaporates a little and becomes creamy, it's ready just to serve, if you want you can put a well of cinnamon on top.
