- White rice400 g
- Sugar200 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Cloves and Cinnamon to taste
- Milk2 l
- Cook rice with water, sugar and cloves and cinnamon
- When it's very soft, add the milk, condensed milk and let it boil until it gets creamy, stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When it is well cooked, add the cream, mix until incorporated and turn off the heat.
