- Cinnamon to taste
- In a large pot, mix the rice with 1 liter of cold water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it cook until soft. Add the MOÇA Milk, stir well and cook for about 10 minutes, or until thickened. Serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
