Em um bowl, com um garfo, bata o ovo, a clara, cacau e adoçante. Misture bem. Em seguida, adicione a batata doce coZida e já amassada. Mexa bastante e adicione uma pitada de fermento em pó . Coloque em uma forminha de silicone ou outra de sua preferência 

In a bowl, with a fork, beat the egg, white, cocoa and sweetener. Mix well. Then add the cooked and mashed sweet potato. Stir well and add a pinch of baking powder. Place in a silicone mold or other of your choice.

Leve a airfrayer por 15 min, em temperatura média

Em um bowl, adicione o whey com um pouco de água até formar uma calda, com a consistência de brigadeiro de colher.

Assim que o brownie assar, adicione a cobertura de whey e pronto!
