- Boiled and mashed sweet potato2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1/2 cup
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, leaving the bicarbonate of soda last.
- Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
