- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Put the milk, eggs, sugar and wheat flour in a blender and a pinch of salt. Beat everything for 3 minutes.
- Finally add the yeast and cinnamon. Mix everything with a spoon.
- Now in a non-stick frying pan I put a thread of oil and put 1 pancake at a time.
- I left it for 2 minutes on each side and I took one off and already making the other one later and serve.
