- Sugar600 g
- Clove1 to taste
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Scratch the green papaya with a knife to get the milk out of the skin.
- Cut papaya into slivers
- Put it in the pressure cooker along with the sugar, cloves and cinnamon.
- Let it cook, no need to add water
- When the pan starts to sizzle, lower the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down, serve it cold
