  • Salt1 to taste
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 to taste
  1. Soak the corn overnight. (save gas) But you can do it without leaving it soaking but the time in the pressure cooker increases.
  2. Place in a pressure cooker with three fingers of water covering the corn with a pinch of salt and heat for 45 min.
  3. Then take the pressure off and check if the corn is soft and the liter of milk is growing.
  4. Add the condensed milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Take two cups of the mungunzá and place it in the blender with the two spoons of starch and blend.
  6. Put what you hit in the blender into the pan again and let it all thicken until the starch is cooked. Cinnamon at the end to taste
