- Milk1 cup
- Sugar for syrup1 cup
- Vanilla (optional) to taste
- Prepare the syrup, put it in the form and reserve.
- Mix all the ingredients well in the blender or with a fouet.
- Place in the mold and bake at 180°C, and bake in bain-marie for approx 1 hour.
