- margarine15 g
- milk300 ml
- milk powder400 g
- In a pan, mix the sugar, margarine and milk with the fire off.
- Light the fire and wait for it to boil.
- After lifting boil, turn off the fire and mix the powdered milk.
- Take the cream to a refractory greased with margarine.
- Let it cool until it hardens.
- Cut the dulce de leche powder into cubes and serve.
