Ingredients

• Eggs | 5 unit(s)
• Sugar | 5 tablespoon
• Potato Starch | 12 tablespoon
• Dulce de leche for filling |  to taste

Recipe

1. In a mixer add the eggs and sugar. Beat until you get a fluffy and homogeneous mass. (About 5 minutes)
2. Gradually add the potato starch and stir with a plastic or silicone spatula until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
3. Use a pastry bag to facilitate or a spoon and drip potions of the dough in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour.
4. TIP: Leave space between the dough drips.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
6. TIP: Don't bake for longer, to have a fluffy portion of dough.
7. For a nicer finish, use a round cutter.
8. After stuffing the well married, use cellophane and crepe paper to wrap the candy and tie with satin daughter.
