  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Guava300 g
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Grease a 22 cm diameter cake tin with a hole in the middle with margarine and wheat flour.
  2. Beat the egg whites and reserve.
  3. Beat the egg yolks, margarine and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the wheat flour, cornmeal and milk and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  5. After that add the yeast and stir gently.
  6. Add the snow whites and mix gently.
  7. Put it in the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° and let it bake for about 35 min.
  8. While the cake is baking, in a pan over low heat, place the guava and water until it becomes a creamy mixture.
  9. Now just wait for the cake to finish baking and put the guava frosting on top.
