Sweet corn cake with guava paste

Chop the guava into small pieces and coat it in the flour. separate.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and homogeneous. After beaten add the yeast and beat just to mix.
Put part of the dough in the shape of a greased hole and spread half of the guava pieces (just put it without sinking). Done that put the rest of the dough and put the other half of guava pieces without sinking.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.

Suggestion: you can also use the recipe without the guava paste.
