- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Guava to taste
- Whip the egg whites and set aside
- Mix the other ingredients, you can hit the mixer if you prefer
- Carefully mix the dough together with the snow whites.
- Grease the mold with margarine and sugar
- Pour the dough into the mold and place guava cubes together
- Bake in oven at 180° for 45 min
