  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Cornmeal11/2 cup
  • Sugar11/2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Soybean oil2/3 cup
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Fennel1/2 teaspoon
  • Guava1 cup
  • Creamy Guava to taste1 cup
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
  2. Place the mixture in a container and mix wheat flour, cornmeal, yeast and fennel until a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. In a round shape with a hole in the middle, you don't need to grease the shape, put some cake dough, a little guava paste in cubes, then more dough, more guava paste and repeating the process until the ingredients are gone.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
