- Mix the egg, milk, oil, sugar, cornmeal in a blender and beat well. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and mix with the flour and baking powder. Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour, and add the chopped guava in cubes and floured (so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the shape) Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes.
