Cornmeal1 cup
Wheat flour1 cup
Sugar1 cup
Milk1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Eggs2 unit(s)
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Guava to taste

Start by setting your oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease the pan. Chop pieces of guava (to taste)
In the mixer, place the cornmeal, flour, milk, sugar, eggs and oil.
Beat for 5 minutes until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed. Add the yeast and stir lightly, just to mix.
Arrange your dough in the form, and throw the pieces of guava on top.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and it's done.
Note: The cup is 200 ml
