- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Guava cut into cubes to taste
- Fennel to taste
- Preparation mode: Mix the egg, milk, oil, sugar, cornmeal in a blender and beat well. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and mix with the flour and baking powder. Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour, and add a layer of guava. Repeat this process until the entire shape is filled. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes.
