  • 02 tablespoons (soup) full of butter2 tablespoon
  • 1 cup milk, beaten egg for brushing and granulated sugar for sprinklingAll ingredients at room temperature1 cup
  1. Place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl, mix a little with a spoon (so that all the flour does not rise when you turn it on) turn on the mixer with the heavy dough paddle and let it beat for approximately 5 minutes, turn off, mix with a spoon and beat again for approximately 03 minutes. STEP 2 Remove from the mixer and place on a floured countertop, knead until the dough forms. Place in a bowl, cover and let rise for about 40 minutes. STEP 3 Open spread the dulce de leche roll, closing the ends well so the sweet doesn't come out when it goes in the oven. Place in the greased bread pan, pass a beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar, let it rise. STEP 4 Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C until golden.
